  • Which payment methods does SVF offer?
    SVF currently accepts the following forms of payment: -Credit/Debit card -E-Gift Card -PayPal -AfterPay -Klarna
  • There is an unauthorized payment in my account.
    Please kindly confirm with your family members or friends, maybe one of them used your account or card for the purchase. If they didn't, kindly call your bank to froze this payment and then Contact info@svfshop.com for further help.
  • How long do I have to return items
    **This policy does not include custom designed items** 1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide
  • What is the return method?
    1. Return By USPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office. 2. Return By UPS Return Label: You can either use the provided UPS return label or the UPS QR cod
  • What is your refund/Return Policy
    There are no refunds on any custom made items. Anything that is not custom made has a 30 day refund policy.
  • Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
    1. No. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.
  • How will my refund be processed?
    1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, as selected by you
  • Why is my order taking so long?
    Currently each customized item is handmade. Most orders will ship out in 3-5 business days. During busy months, orders could take up to 7 business days to ship out. If you have not received an email confirmation regarding your order (after 7 business days) please email us at info@svfshop.com
  • How to check my Order status.
    Log into your account and look under "My Order." Please find out under which account you made the order, and make sure you log in to the correct account
  • Why did I not get a confirmed email about my order?
    A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after payment is completed. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. :) Also, you can check your order status via clicking "My orders", as we will update an order tracking info there after the order being shipped out.
  • Can I change or modify my order?
    Modifying shipping address: 1. For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via "My Orders". 2. For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed. Changing sizes: 1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in "My Orders" and place a new one with the correct size. 2. For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes. 3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you are cancelling a custom order, you have up to 24 hours. You can cancel your order on the 'My Orders'page. Once 24 hours has passed, you are not able to cancel due to your garment currently being constructed.
  • Can I use more than one coupon?
    Per order, can only be applied with one coupon code. However, you may use a coupon code + SVF points + any wallet balance together in one transaction.
  • How can I place an order?
    Step 1: Choose the item size, color and click on the [add to bag] button. Step 2: 【View BAG】 and check out with your debit/credit card, Paypal, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.
  • Where can I find product details?
    For product details, you may view the 'Details' or 'Description' sections on the product pages. These pages contain clear, detailed info about the item you are interested in.
  • How can I be notified of out-of-stock items?
    In order to be notified of a restock, please add the item to your "Wishlist". You will then receive a notification once the item is back in stock.
  • Where are your products sent from?
    All custom items are constructed and shipped from Atlanta, Ga. All other warehouses are located worldwide. We typically ship your packages from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.
  • Will you restock sold-out items?
    We may or may not restock some items. However, you can add the item(s) to your 'Wishlist', so that you can receive re-stock notifications.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • How can I track my order?
    SVF provides two ways for tracking: 1. Shipping Email: It contains your tracking number and tracking link. 2. Track via "My Order", which also has a "TRACK" button.
  • My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I have not received it.
    Before we move forward, make sure you've checked your mailbox and have asked your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. For more details, you may contact the shipping company or email us at info@svfshop.com
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We provide free shipping for orders over $35.00 (standard) to the US! Our current delivery estimate is 3-7 business days. Due to the peak sale season, we're processing more orders than usual, which may be reflected in our delivery time. We wish for your kindness and understanding.
